GI issue: The bloating could be related to air swallowing secondary to gerd. Try some over the counter anti-gas tablets with simethicone. If no help, see your doctor or a gastroenterologist to find out more.

U likely have IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome is a functional disorder characterized by some pain/cramping, altered bowel habits in the absence of specific pathologic disease. Other symptoms common to ibs include bloating, gassiness, frequent/urge to have bm, early satiety, belching, dyspepsia symptoms etc. Often=nuisances, but can be debilitating at times.
