Juvederm: I use both injectable fillers and fat grafting to the lips to give them a fuller, softer appearance. Hyaluronic acids such as Juvederm and Restylane (dermal fillers) temporarily plump the lips and can last approximately six months to a year depending on the filler. Fat grafts are obtained from a patient's own fat through liposuctioning areas such as the inner thighs or abdomen and carefully injecting in the lips.

Lip injections: Not all fillers have FDA approval for use in the lips. Speak to your surgeon prior to having injections.

Dont know: Don't know without seeing a picture or seeing you in the office. Juvederm is definitely a great product for lip augmentation. It should be done by a plastic surgeon that is comfortable with those types of injection. Some women want the lips to be much fuller, and some just want the lip borders to be accentuated to give a sexier look.
