Pain: This is likely plantar fasciitis with possible splinting pain at the ankle. But , this is speculation. You need to see your podiatrist for an exam and x rays and a diagnosis.

See below: It may be plantar fasciitis. Try ice, stretching and aleve (naproxen). If this does not help see a podiatrist for exam.
