Appendicitis,colitis: Ct can be normal in colitis or appendicitis.

Many things: Many things can cause right lower quadrant pain other than appendicitis. The sex of patient was not mentioned. Frequently females can get pain from ovaries and ovarian cysts. The urinary system sometimes contributes to pain with infection or stone. Enteritis or inflammation of bowel can be another concern. If symptoms persist should consult your DR.
