Missing tooth: Generally, if it's only one missing tooth, an implant retained crown would be your best option. A fixed permanent bridge would be the next best thing. A dentist who can actually examine you and see x-rays of the area, would be better in evaluating your specific situation and discussing your options as well as making a recommendation.

Move vrs restore: The obvious answer is to replace missing tooth w restoration (implant/crown or bridge). However another consideration is to close the space orthodontic ally, especially if there are other occlusal disharmonies.
