Continued blood clot: There are many reasons that someone can continue to get blood clots. Obvious causes can be artificial heart valves which require taking " blood thinning" medication. A person can have a coagulopathy (a condition in which certain factors responsible for clotting are abnormal). Your doctor can test you for these.
