Do I need more surgery if new MRI of my right knee (prior ACL repair and meniscectomy) now has a tear in the horn of meniscus, macerated and attenuation degenerative meniscus status with a bakers cyst with extreme pain and swelling?
Just got my MRI report. Note is made of a lobular septated 2.6 cm posterior perisynovial ganglion cyst about the knee joint. Is this the same as bakers cyst? Do you think this caused my calf pain? Do I need surgery to remove it? And is it must?
Had left medial menisectomy surgery...... Now in pain in middle of knee front and back . Also had bakers cyst .What is causing pain in both area?
