What to do if i am dealing with heart palpitations they are so annoying and scary what's a good med for this if any?

Depends: There are many causes for sensation of palpitation. If related to heart rhythm abnormality and depending on type of arrhythmia, there are medications and/or procedures that could treat the arrhythmia. Evaluation is needed to determine cause and appropriate treatment.
