Get seen: If you have runs of heart palpitations that take your breath away, or it does more than 5 flipflops in a minute, think about limiting your daily coffee in take and if that fails, see your physician about a holter monitor. I hope things improve at work -- remember that workers have a right to be treated decently and fairly. Good luck and stay proactive.
