Is this the right : Job for you? If not, rather than medicating - change your job. What can you do to take care of yourself? Are there things that you can do to make the job work for you? Here are some basics while you are figuring that out. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out >.
