Parathyroid: Hard to answer your question. Is your doctor wondering about hyperparathyroidism? If so, the ca is high (10.1 is borderline), the PTH is high, and a parathyroid nodule/tumor may be seen on u/s or sestamibi scan. But sometimes this is not clear. Your doc (endocrinologist) may want to check your ionized ca, vit d level, your 24 hr urine ca excretion, go over your meds, look for other causes.
