Remove at night: Very important to: 1. See your dentist for adjustments until it feels comfortable -- there should be no extra charges for these for a period of time explained at the start, and 2. Leave the denture out at night. The tissue needs to rest and refill with fluid, after being pushed down all day, and get rinsed with saliva and get fresh air. Clean with toothbrush/paste then soak in cleaner.Good luck.
