No: The question of whether coffee contributes to atherosclerosis with consequent heart attack and stroke has been studied many times. There is actually an inverse relationship - it lowers risk! the mechanism is unclear: it may be antioxidants in the coffee. Caffeine is mild vasodilator and generally doesn't raise blood pressure although, in susceptible people, it can cause rhythm disturbances.
