Not very common, but: I would certainly check your urine color for any changes, possibly see your primary dr for some blood work to check your liver and kidney function. The achilles sprain could be treated with topical mediciations, ice, and physical therapy - see your foot and ankle specialist for proper care and to minimize future limping!
