Lower abdomen feels bloated/full, lower back l/r hurts, urination is minor and slow - no blood, had chills- warm and cold. tried moving around and using ibuprofen to help with pain- hasnt worked so its uncomfortable. should i be concerned?

Exam needed: I recommend being examined for possible urinary tract infection and or obstruction in the urinary tract in view of abnormal urinary stream, bloated sensation and back discomfort. The hospital emergency room would provide you with prompt evaluation and testing.
