It could b: NSAIDS have many significant side effects when the drug is taken daily for weeks to months. Better to only take intermittently and then only if necessary. Please discus further with your PCP.

I fell down the steps a few weeks ago and hit the middle of my back and lower back on the steps going down. It hurts every day to sit/stand. I take Advil but it is a constant pain every day.
