Anxiety issues?: If you've had a traumatic experience in public in the past this may lead to continued issues later in life-counseling. Could also be a neurotransmitter issue - low serotonin will lead to anxiety issues. I would add some l-tryptophan 1-2 caps twice daily to allow your body to rebuild your serotonin stores along with vit c 500mg 2 x daily and a b -complex as needed to convert l-t to serotonin.
