Does chewing gum help you concentrate?

I don't believe: There is any scientific or medical correlation between chewing gum and concentration. But if you feel it helps you concentrate better than that's all that matters.

Couldn't hurt..: Have you ever seen a kid do homework, watch tv, text and be on the computer? Can't say that is concentrating but...It does mean they are focused(on many things). If you think chewing gum helps you concentrate on things..Go for it, provided it is ok under the circumstances. If you can't chew and think at the same time, then go without.
