Snotty nose: You may have a sinus problem or you vould a nasal obstruction like a nasal polyp which is obstructing your breathing.

Ive had perforated septum for 1yr. To breath through nose each day, I have to blow out a big ball shaped blood clot or else air barely comes through. Blood clots look like they were filling the perforation. Makes life more difficult than previously?
