Yesterday my boyfriend hit hid nose very hard on a glass door.now it hurts when he moves it but he can breath, but there was no blood,but its swelled.

Nose injury: 1.Bend head down and hold a tissue under nose, if there is clear fluid then go to ER as may have damaged the bone that separates the nose from brain. 2.Run a finger over the nose, if there is one very tender spot it could be a fracture, go to urgent care because usually for nasal fractures people are on antibitoics 3. If above is negative, don't worry, ice 5 minutes 3 x a day /motrin
