Some ideas to help: Valeriana, melatonin, meditation before going to bed. Don't read or watch tv for the thirty minutes before going to bed. Go to bed the same time at nite. Sleepy time tea, magnesium.

Agree w Dr. Cordas ;: Dr acharya. Some herbals that are used to help sleep include valerian, kava kava, chamomile, passion flower, hops, skullcap ; california poppy. Melatonin is also excellent.
