Every other month or so for about 9 months i've had cramps on my left side at ovulation. this month had a very light period. possible causes?

Multiple: Could be a cyst on that ovary or a fibroid on the uterus sitting next to the ovary. You could have endometriosis or there could be scarring near that tube. Or you may just be sensitive to ovulation, which is less likely given the time span.
