Ovarian cyst vs UTI: Ovarian cysts can cause these kind of pain. But if pain colicky and starts around kidney think of stone or infection . Get urine analysis is very helpful as well as complete ultrasound of pain area at time of worst pain this helps to see if cyst is too big or ruptured or swollen then treatment will be based on correct diagnosis .

Ovarian cyst?: If you are not sexually active, you may have an ovarian cyst. To be sure, if the pain continues, see a Provider and check it out!
