I finished ovulating 2 days ago, had unprotected sex for the whole month and then had intercourse yesterday and bled a little - but not due period for 2 weeks, had cramp in left side today too. what could it be?

Probably nothing: do preg test. if negative, be patient.
if positive, schedule an ultrasound.
not likely an ectopic but maybe a small ovarian cyst on the side you ovulated on.

Ok: Nothing is wrong and you sound like you are on course to get pregnant. a little bleeding is meaningless as well as the cramp. Could it be a blight ovum? problem with the pregnancy. The answer is maybe but nobody knows, Maybe 30% of pregancies are lost and we only know about 10% as most are silent. Do a pregnancy test if you miss your period
