I think i had ovulation cramps on one side, but it was a day after my period ended. is that normal or even possible?

If you bleed for 6 days, then ovulation would be a day after you finish your period. A way to double check is keep a calendar of your cycles and the ovulation pain and see if you get your period 14 days after the ovulation pain.
