Annovulation: Anovulatory cycles are not uncommon for young women with usually normal periods. These episodes are due to sudden hormonal changes, possibly due to recent illness, stress, weight changes, and certain meds. Given normal labs, and fact you are on Lexapro, (escitalopram) stress is likely cause, assuming you have not been exercising excessively or lost a lot of weight. Try exercise and relaxation techniques - yoga.
