Easy answer: Easy answer but you have to work at it. First and foremost is proper diet, secondly exercise. Sit ups ; leg raises are excellent along with a daily walk. As with all exercises make sure you are healthy enough to do the exercises and don't expect miracles in a week. To do the exercises properly i would advise that you seek out a physical trainer at one of the many gyms in your neighborhood.

Tone// weight loss: For flat abdomen eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).
