No: There is no magic cure for excess body fat. It must be burned by the body in place of food. That means you need to eat a lot less food in order to force your body to burn the fat. It will take several months at least. More exercise will also burn a little fat, but the most important thing is eating less. See my weight loss checklist for specific tips.

Healthy diet: Change your life style. Eat healthy,more vegetable than starchy foods,an apple a day,less red meat and daily exercise. Good luck
