Don't we all, but...: I assume you're dieting. If so, you're not unique--most of us want what we can't have! exercise (walk the mall, bike riding a paved trail) should distract you and burn calories. Devoting time to a passion may help. Cheating on your diet twice a week will help you feel less deprived, but make up for it the next day. Research fun low-cal recipes. Or, eat anything you want just in small portions.

Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
