Luvox (fluvoxamine): You're referring to luvox (fluvoxamine)'s ability to inhibit the liver enzyme cyp1a2, which is needed to process both caffeine and melatonin. Both of these substances could build up to greater concentrations than expected, when taken with luvox (fluvoxamine). It is the only ssri that acts in that manner, but there are multiple other drugs that do this also.

Luvox: “It has been suggested that the beneficial effects of fluvoxamine on sleep may be related to its inhibitory effect on melatonin degradation; this effect has not been observed with other SSRIs (85, 86).” REF: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1448696/
