Depends on person: Some eat to feel better ("comfort foods"), others lose their appetites. If feeling poorly, contact a therapist / psychologist or go to local er for assistance in feeling better.

Yes..: Psychological disorders have different ways of showing the anxiety, nervousness, depression, etc. See your doctor as you may need to have medication adjustment and or require additional treatment for your condition. Remember that you are free to not surrender to the temptation of overeating.

Not uncommon: Despair and depression cause different symptoms in everyone. Some people lose their appetite. Some people like to eat, and tend to eat "comfort foods". And some may not feel either way.
