Can u hold it in?: Stress incontinence is generally leakage of urine (sometimes stool) with "stress"- cough, sneeze, laugh, heavy lifting. Pelvic support is weak and you squirt. Oab is frequent, annoying, urinations, often small volume, usually no leakage (unless you can't get to a bathroom in time).
