A member asked:

Is it normal to experience extreme incontinence when stressed or nervous?

Possible: Urge incontinence can be worse when anxiety or emotional stress are present. Also, some people unconsciously contract their pelvic muscles in times of stress. This can lead to worsened incontinence.

This can happen: But that does not mean it is "normal". Start by discussing the problem with your family doctor.
