Lichen Planus: Treatment of lichen planus include topical steroids like fluocinolone, retinoids-topical or oral, no steroidal creams like Elidel (pimecrolimus) or protopic, antihistamines, and phototherapy. But you have to adress the cause such as medications and viral infections.
