No: Epiglottitis occurs from a blood born infection settling in the epiglottis and very rarely from an external local infection that invades the epiglottis. Food, spit, germs, etc touch your epiglottis every time you swallow and no infection. Unless you were brutal and dug out a chunk of it, touching it is not going to cause any problems!
