At first i had these noticeable red swollen spots on my whole tongue. now they are lighter and more noticeable up front. what is it and should i see a doc? could it have been caught from kissing?

I suppose: If the tongue is sucked too hard, you can expect swelling and inflammation. But you can only know this if this happens every time after you have indulged in this strenuous exercise and then see it going away after a few days.

Tongue brushing: You can start today by brushing the top of your tongue with toothbrush while your tongue is sticking out! you can also use a tongue cleaner/scraper sold in stores! if the spots are there two weeks later, see your dentist! you may be allergic to something you are eating, your toothpaste, or a rinse!
