See details: You do not provide specific values for the BUN or creatinine or results of a urinalysis so specific advice cannot be given. However, you need to be certain that these changes do not reflect kidney involvement from your lupus. You are already on CellCept (mycophenolate mofetil) so there has to be some issue there. The cell counts may be related to prednisone.
