Unlikely: That does not really sounds like endometriosis whcih classically cause pain during your menstrual cycle and not midcycle. Perhaps you are feeling ovulation. This is called mittelschmerz and is very common. You can certainly ask your doctor to do an endometriosis evaluation if you are concerned.

Endometriosis: This diagnosis is established by exam, imaging and pathology. You need to see an ob/gyn doctor and be evaluated. Good luck.
