Tubal occlusion: Endometriosis not only affects the ovaries but lesions can be found on the tubes that can lead to scarring and blockade of the pathway for eggs and sperm. Not only that, inflammation related to endometriosis can also affect the chances of fertilization. Consider suppression with hormones.
