Get the tests: Celiac disease is not a simple allergy. Every exposure to gluten triggers new antibody production in the body that attacks the normal tissues as if they were germs. Gluten is in so many products you must be driven to avoid them. CD is also associated with other health conditions and cancer. Self labeling is dangerous and unnecessary. Get it confirmed or find out what else is causing problems.
