Not likely : Quetiapine has the least propensity to raise prolactin levels (hyperprolactinemia) and therefore is likely to have little or insignificant effects on muscle growth. However, individuals vary in their response to medications and hyperprolactinemia is considered a rare side effect of Quetiapine. You could request labs to measure your prolactin levels.
