Poly cystic ovaries: Your uterus is normal and bends forward rather than backward. The lining of your uterus is thick from hormonal imbalance. Your ovaries have lots of cysts in them also from hormonal imbalance. This is from Insulin resistance which is a pre-diabetic condition. It is called poly cystic ovary syndrome (pcos).

Normal except ovary: Your uterus is 100% normal. Your ultrasound showed "pcos bilateral" and yet pcos is not a diagnosis made by ultrasound. The syndrome is defined by the menstrual and hormonal abnormalities with or without polycystic ovaries. This website may help: http://www.Uchospitals.Edu/specialties/pcos/pcos.Html.
