Don't worry: A granulocyte is a blood cell that fights infection. You have a large percentage of them in your blood all the time. It could just be a random finding to see an immature one. It could also be that you have an infection causing a recent increase in the number and type of cells that fight infection. Follow up with your doctor.

Don't worry about it: A few are normal, especially if you're under a little stress. If there are a lot of them, it warns of infection. I've always had a few on board in my blood whenever i've checked myself.
