Think kidney not WBC: The combination of a kidney stone and UTI is a rare but potentially serious condition. If you haven't yet passed this stone AND resolved the infection with antibiotics you should go to the ER or see a urologist today particularly if you have sharp pain in your mid back on one side just below the rib which is where your kidney is.
