My 8 yr old had bloodwork done because of gi issues it showed she has 0 immature granulocytes, low mono abso, neut, neuts abso should i be worried?

Bloodwork: It's good she doesn't have immature cells in her peripheral blood. If she did, it would be a problem. Otherwise, it's quite unclear from your description what other cell populations are low. It'd be nice to see the actual test report.
