How worrisome is a neutrophil count of 1.53 (ref range 2.01-7.14)? all other cell types in range, but overall wbc was low at 3.3 (range 4.4-10.7)? no diagnosed diseases, discovered incidentally on routine bloodwork. am i immunocompromised?

Not really. Your neutrophil count is lower than the lower normal one yet not in the neutropenic level (absolute neutrophil count less than 1500). Your neutrophil level is not severe enough to cause vulnerability to bacterial or fungal infection.
