You're fine: Don't worry in the least about this. Different machines could young neutrophils differently, and reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside on either end.

Not normal, but...: Immature granulocytes when present in adults may be an early sign of bacterial infection, but the levels you list are very low and your other tests are in normal range. It seems to me, therefore, that without a fever or other symptoms of infection, no specific intervention is indicated. If, however, you are still feeling sick 17 hrs later, repeating the CBC with differential could be worthwhile.
