Pain: No 2 people experience pain the same way. That said the extractions themselves, thanks to local and/or general anesthetics, should be painless. As with any surgery, there will be a post-surgical recovery period. Your practitioner will help you moderate an y soreness. Don't smoke, avoid alcohol, and follow instructions to the letter.
