Maybe (not) . . .: Testosterone, in and of itself, won't be enough. You need a foundation of exercise, nutrition & sleep to increase muscle mass. If your T level is truly low, then testosterone replacement therapy could be of benefit but not w/o risk. Of course, the higher you push your levels, the greater the risk. Think like Goldilocks - you want your level just right, not too high but not too low either.

Testosterone: can be dangerous. You should have your testosterone level checked first by your doctor. Do not use natural testosterone supplements on your own.
