wen can i masturbate how many days can i do it with out effecting muscle mass and testosterone plus i dont play sports but i workout every 5 days or 3 and rest 2 days?

No real difference: Masturbating causes the ability to gain muscle, as masturbating requires movement. Whichever muscles are moving (or working) have ability to gain size, strength, or stamina. Of course, whether or not there is gain depends on how muscles are working, such as longer periods of light muscle work vs. shorter periods of heavy work. For most folks, masturbation-related muscle changes are not noticeable.

Masturbation: You look like you have made multiple postings about concerns with masturbation & exercise. I agree with Dr. Kwok. Masturbating will not prevent you from building muscle mass from your workouts. Please try to calm yourself about this issue.
